It's not too fitted, and not too baggy so you're going to be comfortable in it all day long. It's also a great layer for those of you who don't like your under layers to be too tight! The tank is actually a smidge on the thicker side, too and is 100% bra friendly. We'd say it's running true to size if you want that space, but if you like something more fitted you can for sure go down a size.
